IN-HOUSE GRAPHIC DESIGNER
The fintech on a mission to make banking easier and accessible to everyone.
at thinkmoney, I handled various tasks for both internal and external projects, including email design, social media graphics, print design, display ad banners, and various other digital design tasks.

A key part of my role was creating responsive email designs, one in particular was the onboarding welcome emails for new customers. The initial emails lacked personality and substance, prompting me to work closely with our content writer to develop a more engaging layout that better reflected our brand personality and improved the overall UX for the customer.

On a weekly basis I collaborated closely with our content writer to create an engaging range of static and animated visuals that included product snapshot feature videos or more lowkey fun themed content. These assets were deployed across all of our primary social media channels, such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Working closely with our paid media manager and copywriters I was responsible for the creation of our display banner ad creatives and assisted in AB testing experimentation on a creative level for our campaigns. Through doing so I was able to help improve our CTRs and conversion rates on our campaigns to get more people downloading the thinkmoney app.

The thinkmoney debit cards are crucial assets and serve as the primary physical touch-point for customers, so it was important to make sure our cards we're still accommodating for our customers needs.
The newly proposed designs where vertical as appose to the traditional landscape format, this was due to observing the way that people interact with their banking cards, and we believed this new design reflects how people actually use cards today. From how we insert them into ATMs when withdrawing cash, how we slot them into terminals when making payments and even how we carry our cards in the back of our phone cases.
